Air Fried Cauliflower Gnocchi

It took me a few months to get this recipe for air fried cauliflower gnocchi just right, but the effort was worth it! The air fryer cooks the gnocchi so they are crispy on the outside and perfectly pillowy on the inside. They’re also really good dipped in ketchup like tater tots!

Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen cauliflower gnocchi
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 tsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Optional: 1 tsp dried chives for garnish and ketchup or other dipping sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees.
  2. Pour frozen cauliflower gnocchi into a medium mixing bowl with the avocado oil, nutritional yeast, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix all ingredients together until the gnocchi is evenly coated by the oil and spices.
  4. When the air fryer is preheated, cook the gnocchi for 20 minutes, removing the basket every 5 minutes to shake the fryer basket and keep the pieces from sticking together.
  5. Remove gnocchi from the air fryer, top with the dried chives, and serve immediately!
